Our Commitment

At Petzone, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and professional services. However, if a return or refund is required, we aim to make the process simple and transparent for our customers.

Pet Food & Retail Products

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be returned within 7 days from the delivery date
  • Items should remain unopened and in their original packaging
  • Products must be in a resaleable condition
  • Prescription medicines and special-order items cannot be returned

Refund Procedure

  • Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product
  • We will schedule a pickup for approved return items
  • Refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days after inspection
  • Delivery charges paid during the original order are non-refundable

Grooming Services

  • If you are unhappy with a grooming service, inform us within 24 hours
  • We will offer a complimentary re-service
  • Refunds for grooming are evaluated individually

Appointment Cancellations

  • Cancellation 24 hours or more before appointment → Full refund
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before appointment → 50% service charge
  • No-show appointments → Full service fee applies

Veterinary Services

  • Consultation charges cannot be refunded once the service is completed
  • Unused medicines may be returned within 30 days with the original bill
  • Emergency service fees are strictly non-refundable
  • Treatment plans may be adjusted based on the pet’s condition and the owner’s budget

Damaged or Faulty Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos of the damaged product
  • We will either replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost
  • The damaged item may need to be returned for inspection

Items Not Eligible for Refund

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Opened pet food or treats (for safety and hygiene reasons)
  • Prescription medicines
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Gift cards and store credits
  • Services that have already been provided

Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund:

  1. Contact us via phone, email, or by visiting our store
  2. Share your order number and reason for return
  3. Follow the return instructions provided by our team
  4. Allow 5–7 business days for processing once the return is approved
