GRIPTOL N SYRUP

Description

Griptol-N Syrup is a specialized veterinary anti-infective and antidiarrheal suspension for dogs. It is primarily used to treat infectious diarrhea, dysentery, and gastrointestinal (GI) tract inflammations caused by mixed bacterial and protozoal infections.

Ingredients (Per 5ml)

• Levofloxacin Hemihydrate (100 mg): A broad-spectrum fluoroquinolone antibiotic that targets and kills infection-causing aerobic and anaerobic bacteria (e.g., E. coli, Salmonella, Shigella).
• Ornidazole (200 mg): An antiprotozoal and antibacterial agent from the nitroimidazole class. It is highly effective in clearing protozoal infestations such as Giardia, Coccidia, and Amoeba.

Common Uses

• Acute & Chronic Diarrhea: Controls loose stools, dysentery, and abdominal discomfort.
• Protozoal Infestations: Treats giardiasis and coccidiosis.
• Gastrointestinal Infections: Resolves gut dysbiosis and malabsorption caused by contaminated water or food.
