Epiotic is a veterinary, alcohol-free ear cleanser designed for dogs and cats. It is primarily used to remove excess earwax, dead skin, and debris, while neutralizing foul odors. It also helps create an optimal environment for the ear by preventing the attachment of harmful bacteria and fungi.

The formula combines cleaning agents, antiseptics, and soothing technology:

• Salicylic Acid (0.2% to 2%): A keratolytic agent that breaks down, softens, and removes excess earwax and cellular debris while inhibiting microbial growth.
• Glycotechnology: A blend of natural sugars (D-galactose, D-mannose, and L-rhamnose) that creates a barrier to prevent bacteria and fungi from adhering to the skin.
• Disodium EDTA & Chloroxylenol: Antiseptic agents that provide antimicrobial protection.
• Defensin Technology: Select botanical extracts that help stimulate the skin’s natural microbial defenses.

How to Use

1. Prepare: Shake the bottle well.
2. Apply: Turn the nozzle to open and pour the solution liberally into the ear canal until it is filled.
3. Massage: Gently rub the base of the ear to help loosen wax.
4. Wipe: Wipe the interior of the ear flap and accessible parts of the canal with a clean cotton ball or cloth. Note: Do not insert cotton buds/Q-tips into the ear canal.
