Bravecto Chewable Tablet

Bravecto is a prescription veterinary medication formulated for dogs. It is a long-lasting oral chew used to kill existing fleas and ticks, prevent future infestations, and treat mite-related skin conditions for up to 12 weeks.

Primary Uses

• Tick and Flea Control: Kills fleas within 2 hours and ticks within 12 hours of administration. A single dose protects dogs for up to 12 weeks (3 months).
• Mite Treatments: Effective at treating mite infestations, including demodectic mange, otodectic (ear mites), and sarcoptic mange (scabies).
• Flea Allergy Dermatitis (FAD): Helps manage and treat the uncomfortable skin symptoms associated with severe flea allergies.

How it Works

Fluralaner targets the nervous system of parasites. When a parasite feeds on the dog’s blood, the medication blocks neurotransmitters, causing overstimulation, paralysis, and death of the fleas, ticks, or mites.

• Usage: It is only for dogs and puppies 6 months of age and older.
