Azimycine Syrup

Corise Azimycine Syrup is a veterinary-grade broad-spectrum antibiotic and antiparasitic oral suspension formulated for small animals like dogs, cats, and birds.

Active Ingredients

• Azithromycin: 200 mg per 5 ml (a semi-synthetic macrolide antibiotic that stops bacterial protein synthesis)
• Atovaquone IP: 10 mg per ml (often combined for targeted antiparasitic efficacy)

Uses and Indications

• Dogs: Used for bacterial and parasitic infections, notably in the management of Babesia infestations (babesiosis), sometimes paired with drugs like Vetdox AQ, as well as bronchitis, helicobacter infections, and giardiasis.
• Cats: Used for conditions such as Cytauxzoon felis infections.
• Birds: Used to treat conditions like chlamydophilosis.
